Training course on milk antibiotic residues for developing countries hold by CNRIFFI

Ring Bioscience was invited to give a lecture on "Milk antibiotic residues detection" on the food safety training course for developing countries hold by CNRIFFI, the China National Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industry, on 11th June. Our project manager, Mr. Diego was the lecturer.

Antibiotic residues has become a problem and worldwide concern ever since the use of antibiotics, especially after the modern development of the dairy industry. Due to the high milk yield which overloads the cows, pathogens, secondary infections, as well as many environmental problems can easily cause diseases to the cow, i.e., mastitis, which is the most the important disease in the dairy industry today, which has also become the No.1 cause for using antibacterial agents in the industry.

As the professional supplier of rapid tests for food and feed safety, Ring Bioscience has developed a series of rapid tests for milk antibiotics and mycotoxins. The Beta-Lactams, Beta-Lactams & tetracyclines Combo test, Aflatoxin M1 tests are all popular in the market. In the training course, Mr. Diego presented the beta+tetra Combo test kit, and the student from different countries all participated in the tests. The 5-min easy-to-use test kit really impressed them with a quite direct result and simple operation. Most of the trainees are quite interested in the tests. "Even though I didn't use them before, they are quite simple, you see, the line on the test strip is so obvious. I think these tests will help me a lot in my future work", said by a trainee.

The training course last for 2.5h, after which, the lecturer,  Mr. Diego and the organizers had a short Q&A session for all the students.

The Powerpoint of the training course can be provided on your request, please contact our project manager for details.
